A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CHARLES
LYMANGOOD TO FACILITATE THE DEPOSITING OF MORE THAN 10,000 CUBIC YARDS OF FILL
MATERIALS IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT A LANDSCAPE BERM,LOCATED AT 8105 CO. RD. 116,
PID#23-119-23 14 0005
WHEREAS, Charles Lymangood has made application for a Conditional Use Permit to facilitate the depositing of more
than 10,000 cubic yards of fill materials in order to construct a landscape berm located at 8105 County
Road 116; and
WHEREAS, on September 2, 1999, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application and
recommended approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby accepts the Planning
Commission recommendation to grant issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to Charles Lymangood to facilitate the
depositing of more than 10,000 cubic yards of fill materials in order to construct a landscape berm at 8105 County Road
116, and legally described as Lot 4, Block 1,Rush Creek Addition, Section 23,Township 119,Range 23, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof; and subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of grading, drainage,and erosion control plan by the City Engineer and the Elm Creek Watershed.
2. Compliance with the Wetland Conservation Act.
Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Thomas.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Lindsley, Bucher,
and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
