A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO K& R LEWIS PROPERTIES
LLP TO FACILITATE THE DEPOSITING OF MORE THAN 7,000 CUBIC YARDS OF FILL
MATERIAL IN ORDER TO ELEVATE THE GRADE OF THEIR PROPERTY,
LOCATED AT 20120 AUGER AVENUE, PID #26-119-23 12 0013.
WHEREAS, K &R Lewis Properties LLP has requested a Conditional Use Permit to facilitate the depositing
of more than 7,000 cubic yards of fill material in order to elevate the grade of their property,
located at 20120 Auger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on August 5, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the Conditional Use Permit request and
moved to recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a
request by K & R Lewis Properties LLP for a Conditional Use Permit to facilitate the depositing of more than
7,000 cubic yards of fill material in order to elevate the grade of their property, located at 20120 Auger
Avenue, and legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Jack and Cheryl Addition, Section 26, Township 119, Range
23, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the grading, drainage, and erosion control plan by the City Engineer and Elm
Creek Watershed.
2. Identification and protection of two septic system sites, as approved by the Building Inspector
3. The applicant shall be responsible for the removal of all soils and sediment tracked onto
existing streets and paved areas.
4. Compliance with the Wetland Conservation Act.
Moved by member Sucher, seconded by member ku+drakty.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki,
Lindsley, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
