A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Corcoran Police Department enter into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the project
entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period from October 1, 1999 through
September 30, 2000.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran, that Paul H. Schutte,
Chief of Corcoran Police Department is hereby authorized to execute such agreements as necessary
to implement the project on behalf of the Corcoran Police Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sheriff Patrick McGowan, Hennepin County Sheriffs
Department, is hereby authorized to be the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the
Corcoran Police Department.

The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Glowacki,
Lindsley, Bucher, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
