HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1999-52 - Approving Land Division - 21033 Horseshoe Trail RESOLUTION NO. 1999- RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND DIVISION NO. 99-09, A REQUEST BY BRIAN AND JOANNE FAUE TO CREATE A 3.0 ACRE PARCEL FROM A 105 ACRE FARMSTEAD, LOCATED AT 21033 HORSESHOE TRAIL, PID #34-119-23 42 0001 WHEREAS, Brian and Joanne Faue have requested a Land Division to divide a 3.0 acre parcel from a 105 acre homestead, located at 21033 Horseshoe Trail; and WHEREAS, on July 1, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the land division request and moved to recommend approval with conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by Brian and Joanne Faue for Land Division No. 99-09, the division of a 10 acre parcel from a 105 acre farmstead, located at 21033 Horseshoe Trail, and legally described on the attached Exhibit "A", subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication of a 10 foot utility easement around the property lines of the 3 acre parcel. 2. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system designs by the Building Inspector. 3. Dedication of an additional 7 feet of right-of-way along Horseshoe Trail. 4. Payment of a park dedication fee of$700 prior to the release of the resolution. 5. 2 development rights plus the farmstead exemption remain for the balance of this property. Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member LuAcW.tj. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Lindsley, Glowacki, and Thomas. The following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried. Dated this 8th day of July, 1999.
