A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE TO SHIRLEY GOSKEY FOR A VARIANCE FROM
SIDE YARD SETBACK, STREAM SETBACK AND WETLANDS SETBACK TO FACILITATE THE
INSTALLATION OF A NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM 5 FEET FROM THE SIDE LOT LINE, 50 FEET
FROM THE NORTH FORK RUSH CREEK AND 38 FEET FROM A WETLAND,
LOCATED AT 23150 COUNTY ROAD 10, PID #07-119-23 44 0003.
WHEREAS, Shirley Goskey has made application for a variance from side yard setback, stream setback, and wetlands
setback to facilitate the installation of a new septic system 5 feet from the side lot line, 50 feet from the
North Fork Rush Creek and 38 feet from a wetland, located at 23150 County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, on June 17, 1999,the Wastewater Commission conducted a public hearing on this application and moved
to recommend approval.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran, based on the hardship of not
being able to place the replacement septic system anywhere else on the property,hereby approves a request by Shirley
Goskey for a variance from side yard setback, stream setback,and wetlands setback to facilitate the installation of a new
septic system 5 feet from the side lot line, 50 feet from the North Fork Rush Creek and 38 feet from a wetland, located at
23150 County Road 10 and legally described as the West 160 feet of the East 621 feet of the South 272.25 feet of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 7,Township 119,Range 23,Hennepin County, MN, except road.
Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Thomas.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner,Council members Bucher,Glowacki, Lindsley, and
Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
