A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
LOCATED IN LOT 7, BLOCK 1,JACK AND CHERYL ADDITION DEDICATED AS PART OF
THE PLAT OF JACK AND CHERYL ADDITION.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the following described
utility and drainage easements located in Lot 7,Block 1,Jack and Cheryl Addition dedicated as part of the plat of
Jack and Cheryl Addition are hereby vacated:
That part of Lot 7, Block 1, Jack and Cheryl Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota being the South
10.00 feet lying easterly of the westerly 35.00 feet and westerly of the easterly 10.00 feet thereof, all in
Section 26, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki, Lindsley,
and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
