A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN UTILITY AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENTS DEDICATED AS PART OF THE PLATS OF ARNESONS ACRES AND
ARNESONS ACRES 2ND ADDITION
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the following described
utility and drainage easements dedicated as part of the plats of Arnesons Acres and Arnesons Acres 2nd Addition are
hereby vacated:
A. All those certain utility and drainage easements as shown and dedicated in Outlots A
and B, Arnesons Acres.
B. All those certain utility and drainage easements as shown and dedicated in Lot 4,
Block 1, Arnesons Acres embraced within Lot 1, Block 1, Arnesons Acres 2nd Addition.
C. All those certain utility and drainage easements as shown and dedicated in Lot 1,
Block 1, Arnesons Acres 2nd Addition.
Moved by member Lindsley, seconded by member Thomas.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki, Lindsley,
and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
