RESOLUTION NO. 1999 - 047 A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND DIVISION NO. 99-08, A REQUEST BY MIKE LARSON/JAY ROBINSON TO DIVIDE A 10 ACRE PARCEL FROM A 40 ACRE HOMESTEAD, LOCATED AT 20301 LARKIN ROAD, PID #35-119-23 21 0001 WHEREAS, Mike Larson/Jay Robinson have requested a Land Division to divide a 10 acre parcel from a 40 acre homestead, located at 20301 Larkin Road 50; and WHEREAS, on June 3, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the land division request and moved to recommend approval with conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by Mike Larson/Jay Robinson for Land Division No. 99-08, the division of a 10 acre parcel from a 40 acre homestead, located at 20301 Larkin Road, and legally described on the attached Exhibit "A", subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication of a 10 foot utility easement around the property lines of the 10 acre parcel. 2. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system designs by the Building Inspector. 3. Execution of a private driveway agreement, including a driveway easement with a width of 60 feet. 4. Payment of a park dedication fee of$700 prior to the release of the resolution. 5. This exhausts the building rights on this property. Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Lindsley. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Lindsley, Glowacki, and Thomas. The following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried. Dated this 10th day of June, 1999.
