A RESOLUTION GRANTING_ SITE PLAN APPROVAL TO PRECISION STEEL RULE DIE TO
FACILITATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 40 FT. BY 80 FT. (3200 SQUARE FEET) ADDITION
TO AN EXISTING 3200 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING, LOCATED AT 19945 75TH AVENUE,
PID #26-119-23 11 0035
WHEREAS, Precision Steel Rule Die has requested site plan approval to facilitate the construction of a 40 ft.
by 80 ft. (3,200 square feet) addition to an existing 3,200 square foot building, located at 19945
75th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the site plan approval request and moved
to recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a
request by Precision Steel Rule Die to facilitate the construction of a 40 ft. by 80 ft, (3,200 square feet) addition
to an existing 3,200 square foot building, located at 19945 75th Avenue, and legally described as Lot 2, Block
2, Countryside Plaza 2nd Addition, Section 26, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota
according to the recorded plat thereof, subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of existing septic system capacity by the Building Inspector.
2. Approval of grading , drainage and erosion control plan by the City Engineer and the Elm Creek
Watershed.
3. Trash containers to be kept within an enclosure or buildings.
4. Any outdoor lighting to be downcast shoebox style.
5. No outdoor storage shall be allowed.
6. A minimum of 21 parking spaces shall be provided on the site.
7. The driveway and parking lot shall be paved.
8. That the building be built to the architectural standards as submitted and approved.
Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki,
Lindsley, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
