A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO LINDA
ADELMANN-SCHEMBERGER TO ALLOW ONE 4 FT. BY 8 FT. SIGN WITH PILLARS ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE TO ACACIA HILLS, LOCATED AT COUNTY ROAD 116 AND
SCHUTTE FARM ROAD, PID #13-119-23 23 0011.
WHEREAS, Linda Adelmann-Schemberger has requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow one 4 ft. by 8 ft.
identification sign with pillars on the south side of the entrance to Acacia Hills, located at County
Road 116 and Schutte Farm Road; and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the Conditional Use Permit request and
moved to recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a
request by Linda Adelmann-Schemberger for a conditional use permit to allow one 4 ft. by 8 ft. identification
sign with pillars on the south side of the entrance to Acacia Hills, located at County Road 116 and Schutte
Farm Road, and legally described as Lot 7, Block 1, Acacia Hills, Section 23, Township 119, Range 23,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, subject to the following conditions:
1. A building permit shall be obtained for the sign.
Moved by member Lindsley, seconded by member Thomas.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki,
Lindsley, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
