A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO GREG WOODY TO
CONSTRUCT A 48 FT. BY 80 FT. (3,840 SQ. FT.) POLE BUILDING ON A 10.1 ACRE
RESIDENTIAL HOMESTEAD, LOCATED AT 21040 COUNTY ROAD 10,
PID #15-119-23 31 0007
WHEREAS, Greg Woody has requested a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 48 ft. by 80 ft. (3,840 sq. ft.)
pole building on a 10.1 acre residential homestead, located at 21040 County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the Conditional Use Permit request and
moved to recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a
request by Greg Woody for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 48 ft. by 80 ft. (3,840 sq. ft.) pole building
on a 10.1 acre residential homestead, located at 21040 County Road 10, and legally described as Lot 1, Block
1, D.G. Havel Jr. Buck Run, Section 15, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to
the recorded plat thereof, subject to the following conditions:
1. The building shall be used for personal storage only.
2. No commercial activity shall be allowed on this property.
3. Screening shall be provided for on the south side of the building with 5 six foot spruce trees.
4. That the building be built to the architectural standards as submitted and approved.
Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Bucher.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki,
Lindsley, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
