A RESOLUTION PROVIDING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF JOMICO
ADDITION, THE REPLATTING OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1,JACK AND CHERYL ADDITION
AND TRACT F OF RLS NO. 1657 TO CREATE 2 COMMERCIAL LOTS, LOCATED AT
20150 75TH AVENUE, PID #26-119-23 13 0011, AND PID#26-119-23 13 0008.
WHEREAS, Jomico Inc. has made application for preliminary and final plat approval of Jomico
Addition, the replatting of Lot 7, Block 1, Jack and Cheryl Addition and Tract F of RLS
No. 1657, to create 2 commercial lots, located at 20150 75th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1999, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application
and moved to recommend preliminary and final plat approval with conditions; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that preliminary and
final plat approval of Jomico Addition be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of grading, drainage and erosion control plan by the City Engineer and the Elm
Creek Watershed.
2. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system designs by the Building Inspector.
3. Compliance with the Wetland Conservation Act.
4. Dedication of a 10 foot drainage and utility easement along all property lines. .
Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki,
Lindsley, and Thomas. .
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
