RESOLUTION NO. 1999 -37
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF CORCORAN AND THE CITY OF MAPLE GROVE
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran approves
entering into an agreement with the City of Maple Grove to provide sanitary sewer and water
services to St. John's Church/School located on PID #13-119-23 11 0011.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran, that Mayor Kenneth
Guenthner and Stacy Doboszenski, City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such agreement as
necessary.
