A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION NO. 99-06,
A REQUEST BY JAMES PATNODE TO DIVIDE A 54 PARCEL FROM A 134 ACRE
FARMSTEAD, LOCATED AT 22802 COUNTY ROAD 50, PID #20-119-23 31 0002
WHEREAS, James Pamode has requested a Land Division to divide a 54 acre parcel from a 134 acre
farmstead, located at 22802 County Road 50; and
WHEREAS, on May 6, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the land division request and
moved to recommend approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves
a request by James Pamode for Land Division No. 99-06,the division of a 54 acre parcel from a 134 acre
farmstead, located at 22802 County Road 50, and legally described on the attached Exhibit"A".

Northeast 1/2 of Section 29 lying South of North 355 feet thereof except road.
