HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1999-32 - Approving Land Division Request - Hegi and Jorgensen RESOLUTION NO. 1999 - 3a- A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND DIVISION NO. 99-07, A REQUEST BY GREG AND ROSEMARY HEGI/JOEL AND PAUL JORGENSEN TO DIVIDE A 30 ACRE PARCEL FROM A 40 ACRE HOMESTEAD, LOCATED AT 6605 COUNTY ROAD 19, PID #31-119-23 31 0004 WHEREAS, Greg and Rosemary Hegi/Joel and Paul Jorgensen have requested a Land Division to divide a 30 acre parcel from a 40 acre homestead, located at 6605 County Road 19; and WHEREAS, on May 6, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the land division request and moved to recommend approval with conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by Greg and Rosemary Hegi/Joel and Paul Jorgensen for Land Division No. 99-07,the division of a 30 acre parcel from a 40 acre homestead, located at 6605 County Road 19, and legally described on the attached Exhibit"A", subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication of an additional 17 feet of right-of-way along County Road-N. 19 . 2. Dedication of a 10 foot utility easement around the property lines of both parcels. 3. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system designs by the building inspector. 4. Payment of Park Dedication fees of$700 prior to the release of the resolution. 5. Termination of the Conditional Use permit for a golf driving range and clubhouse that was granted for the 40 acre parcel at 6605 County Road 19 in 1992, upon the division of the property and the subsequent rezoning of the 30 acre parcel to C-2. 6. Approval of the rezoning of the 30 acre parcel to C-2. The following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried. Subject to a 50.00 foot wide easement for Highway purposes over under and across the East 50.00 feet of said tract measured at right angle to the East line thereof. Parcel B (30 acres): That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County Minnesota, according to the Government survey thereof, lying north of the South 1371.17 feet of the said Southwest Quarter, measured parallel to the south line thereof, and also lying south of the North 10.00 acres thereof.
