A RESOLUTION PROVIDING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF
ROALSTAD HILLS, THE REPLATTING OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, ARNESONS ACRES 2ND
ADDITION AND OUTLOTS A AND B OF ARNESONS ACRES TO CREATE 1 RESIDENTIAL
LOT AND ONE OUTLOT ON 63. 45 ACRES, LOCATED AT 21727 COUNTY ROAD 10, PID
#16-119-23 31 0002, PID #16-119-23 42 0006, AND PID #16-119-23 42 0007
WHEREAS, Ron Roalstad has made application for the replatting of Lot 1, Block 1, Arnesons Acres
2nd Addition and Outlots A and B of Arnesons Acres to create 1 residential lot and one
outlot on 63.45 acres, located at 21727 County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, on May 6, 1999, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application
and moved to recommend preliminary and final plat approval with conditions; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that preliminary and
final plat approval of Roalstad Hills be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of grading, drainage and erosion control plan by the City Engineer.
2. Approval of grading, drainage and erosion control plan by the Elm Creek Watershed.
3. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system designs by the building inspector.
4. Compliance with the wetland conservation act.
5. Payment of park dedication fees in the amount of$700 prior to the release of the final plat.
6. Dedication of a 10 foot drainage and utility easement along the property lines of Lot 1, Block 1 of
Roalstad Hills.
7. Review and approval of the private driveway agreement by the City Attorney.

The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki,
Lindsley, and Thomas. .
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
