A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE HEATHER LANE CUL-DE-SAC
• RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATED AS PART OF THE PLAT OF HEATHER MEADOWS
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the following described
Heather Lane cul-de-sac right-of-way dedicated as part of the plat of Heather Meadows is hereby vacated:
That part of Heather Lane according to the record plat of Heather Meadows, Hennepin
County, Minnesota,that lies east of the following described line:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1 of said Heather Meadows;
thence South 01 degrees 37 minutes 03 seconds West assuming the north line of Lot
4, Block 1 of said Heather Meadows bears South 88 degrees 30 minutes 04 seconds East, a distance
of 114.32 feet to the southerly line of said heather Lane and said line there terminating.
And
That Part of Heather Lane according to the record plat of Heather Meadows, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, that lies southerly and westerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 1, of said Heather Meadows;
thence on an assumed bearing of South 88 degrees 30 minutes 04 seconds East along the
northerly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 360.78 feet to the point of beginning of the line
to be described; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 04 seconds East, a distance of 24.02
feet; thence South 01 degrees 34 minutes 52 seconds West, a distance of 24.06 feet to the
southerly line of said Heather Lane and said line there terminating.
Moved by member 4IowaC14y seconded by member TcrncaS.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher,Glowacki, Lindsley,
and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
