Resolution number 2011-53 and 2011-54, included a number of conditions of approval. The applicant is responsible to ensure compliance with those conditions. The approvals require that the following documents be recorded at Hennepin County: 1. Resolution No. 2011-53 2. Resolution No. 2011-54 3. Final Plat Mylars Enclosed are three copies of the resolution(s) of approval for the above-referenced property. It is your responsibility to record one copy of the resolution(s) at the Hennepin County You must have the County receipt the second copy and you must Government Center. return it to the City for proof of filing.
