RE: Approving Subdivision on property
On November 21, 2011, the Corcoran City Council approved your request for Sub division on
property located at the NW quadrant of the intersection of CO RD 19 and Meadowview.
Resolution number 2011-53 and 2011-54, included a number of conditions of approval. The
applicant is responsible to ensure compliance with those conditions. The approvals require that
the following documents be recorded at Hennepin County:
1. Resolution No. 2011-53
2. Resolution No. 2011-54
3. Final Plat Mylars
Enclosed are three copies of the resolution(s) of approval for the above-referenced property. It
is your responsibility to record one copy of the resolution(s) at the Hennepin County
