RESOLUTION NO. 2002-16

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A SEPTIC SYSTEM VARIANCE TO ALLOW TWO(2) 1,500
GALLON HOLDING TANKS AT 7610 COMMERCE STREET, PID# 26-119-23-11-0046
WHEREAS, G and M Properties, as applicant, has requested approval of a Septic System
Variance; and
WHEREAS, the zoning regulations permit the request as proposed; and
WHEREAS, the Waste Water Commission considered the request on March 11, 2002 and voted
6-0 to recommend the City Council approve the request.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Corcoran that after review of the
recommendation of the Waste Water Commission that the Septic System Variance be approved.
