RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 14

WI-IEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvements of 2002 and 2003 Dust Control Project,
and pursuant to quotes sought for other 2002 Street Maintenance Projects to various streets within the City, bids
and quotes were received, opened, and tabulated according to law;
AND WHEREAS, the following identify the lowest responsible bidders:
Dust Control Dustcoating Inc. $ 59,685.00(.519/unit)
Two year bid 2002-2003
Drain Tile Chard Tiling& Exc., Inc. $ 17,690.00
Crack Sealing Northwest Asphalt $ .579/Pound
Gravel & Hauling T& S Trucking $ 7.82/Ton
Street Sweeping T& S Trucking $ 62.00/ Hour
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with above identified
responsible bidders in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 2002 Dust Control Project and 2002
Street Maintenance Projects;
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been signed.
