A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR DESIGNATION AS AN
AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE FOR STANLEY AND DELORES VAN BLARICOM
WHEREAS,the preservation of agriculture and a rural environment is a primary goal established by
Corcoran's Comprehensive Land Use Plan and is a primary purpose of the current adopted code; and
WHEREAS,the City of Corcoran has previously designated certain lands,including below described
parcel,as eligible for designation as an agriculture preserve; and
WHEREAS,the owner of the below described parcel has made official application for its designation as
an agricultural preserve; and
WHEREAS,the requirements regarding size,covenants,development density and other stipulations of
the act are deemed legally satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the property owned by Stanely and Delores Van Blaricom
described as:
PID 01-19-23 34 0002(73.17 acres) -That part of the E'/2 of the SW ''A of Section 1,Township 119,
Range 23, lying Southerly of Stieg Road.
