RESOLUTION NO. 2002-04

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FINAL PLAT FOR A
SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS HOPE PLACE LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST
QUADRANT OF COUNTY ROAD 30 AND COUNTY ROAD 116, IN THE CITY OF CORCORAN,
MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Hope Ministries International, as applicant, has requested approval of a
Preliminary Plat and Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the zoning and subdivision regulations permit the request as proposed; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 6, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend the City Council approve the
request; and
WHEREAS, The City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning Commission in
making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for Hope Place be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The existing barn on Lot 1, Block 1 is grandfathered in as far as setback and square footage.
2. All existing accessory buildings on Lot 1, Block 1 (except the barn)must be removed.
3. Access to Lot 1, Block 1 shall be provide off of Apple Orchard Drive and the access to County Road
116 vacated once the new street is constructed.
