HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1999-22 - Approving Preliminary/Final Plat - 10420 CR 19 - Meadowview Farm RESOLUTION NO. 1999- A RESOLUTION PROVIDING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF MEADOWVIEW FARM, THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 33 ACRES TO CREATE 9 RESIDENTIAL LOTS, LOCATED AT 10420 COUNTY ROAD 19, PID#06-119-23 43 0001 AND PID#06-119-23 41 0006. WHEREAS, Carl Tessmer has made application for preliminary plat approval for the residential development of approximately 33 acres to create 9 residential lots, located at 10420 County Road 19; and WHEREAS, on April 1, 1999, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application and moved to recommend preliminary plat approval with conditions; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that preliminary plat approval of Meadowview Farm be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of grading, drainage and erosion control plan and street design by the City Engineer. 2. Approval of grading, drainage and erosion control plan by the Elm Creek Watershed. 3. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system designs by the building inspector. 4. Compliance with the wetland conservation act. 5. Payment of park dedication fees in the amount of$6,300 prior to the release of the final plat. 6. Execution of a developer's agreement which will include necessary financial assurances for the public improvements. 7. Access to Lots 8 and 9 to be provided by a shared driveway off of Oakdale Drive. Moved by member 1-tab\c>tseconded by member tL%\X . The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki, Lindsley, and Thomas.
