HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1999-20 - Approving Preliminary/Final Plat - Heather Meadows 2nd Addition RESOLUTION NO. 1999-20 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HEATHER MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION, THE REPLATTING OF LOT 4,BLOCK 1, HEATHER MEADOWS INTO 3 RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND 2 OUTLOTS,LOCATED AT 103XX HEATHER LANE, PID#05-119-23 33 0001. WHEREAS, Dirk Blundell has made application for the replatting of Lot 4, Block 1, Heather Meadows into 3 residential lots and 2 lots, located at 103XX Heather Lane Drive; and WHEREAS, on March 4, 1999, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application and moved to recommend preliminary and final plat approval with conditions; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that preliminary and final plat approval of Heather Meadows 2nd Addition be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of grading, drainage and erosion control plan and street design by the City Engineer. 2. Approval of grading, drainage and erosion control plan by the Elm Creek Watershed. 3. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system designs by the building inspector. 4. Compliance with the wetland conservation act. 5. Payment of park dedication fees in the amount of$1,400 prior to the release of the final plat. 6. Approval of a developer's agreement which will include necessary financial assurances for the public improvements. 7. Vacation of cul-de-sac for 1st Addition. 8. Maintenance of 66 foot ROW to the west. 9. This exhausts the building rights on this property as per the current Zoning Ordinances. Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Lindsley. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Glowacki, and Lindsley. The following voted against the same: None.
