A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO DIRK BLUNDELL
TO PERMIT 4,572 SQ. FT. OF ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A 10 ACRE HOMESTEAD,LOCATED AT
10300 SUNDANCE ROAD,PID#08-119-23 22 0007.
WHEREAS,Dirk Blundell has made application for a Conditional Use Permit to permit 4,572 square feet of existing
accessory buildings on a 10 acre homestead, located at 10300 Sundance Road; and
WHEREAS, on March 4, 1999,the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application and
recommended approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby accepts the Planning
Commission recommendation to grant issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to Dirk Blundell to permit 4,572 square feet
of existing accessory buildings on a 10 acre homestead, located at 10300 Sundance Road, and legally described on
Exhibit"A", and subject to the following conditions:
1. The accessory buildings shall be for personal use only.
2. No commercial activity shall be allowed on this property.
Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner,Council members Bucher,Glowacki, and Lindsley.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.

Tract A Registered Land Survey No. 1463, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the west 1579.77 feet as
measured along the north line of the Northwest Quarter of the north 827.21 feet as measured along the east and
west lines of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except that part thereof embraced within Registered Land Survey No. 1463.
AND ALSO EXCEPT
The west 1169.58 feet as measured at right angels to, and parallel with the west line of said Northwest Quarter.
