A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND DIVISION 99-04,A REQUEST BY DIRK BLUNDELL TO DIVIDE A
10.0 ACRE PARCEL FROM A 32.2 ACRE PARCEL,LOCATED AT 10300 SUNDANCE ROAD,
PID#08-119-23 21 0007.
WHEREAS,Dirk Blundell has made application for a Land Division to create a 10.0 acre parcel from a 32.2 acre parcel,
located at 10300 Sundance Road; and
WHEREAS, on February 4, 1999, the Planning Commission considered this land division request and moved to
recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by
Dirk Blundell for Land Division No. 99-04 to divide a 10.0 acre parcel from a 32.2 acre parcel, located at 10300
Sundance Road and legally described on the attached Exhibit"A", subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of Heather Meadows 2nd Addition.
2. Dedication of a 10 foot utility easement around the property lines of the 10.0 acre parcel.
3. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system design for the 10.0 acre parcel.
4. The 4,000 square foot accessory building will be allowed to remain on the 10.0 acre parcel upon approval of
a Conditional Use Permit.
5. Submittal of a final Certificate of Survey prior to release of the resolution.
Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Glowacki.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Council members Lindsley, Glowacki, and Bucher
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.

Tract A Registered Land Survey No. 1463, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the west 1579.77 feet as
measured along the north line of the Northwest Quarter of the north 827.21 feet as measured along the east and
west lines of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except that part thereof embraced within Registered Land Survey No. 1463.
AND ALSO EXCEPT
The west 1169.58 feet as measured at right angels to, and parallel with the west line of said Northwest Quarter.
Parcel B (22.2 acre parcel):
The west 1169.56 feet as measured at right angles to and parallel with the west line of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 8, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota, of the north 827.21 feet as measured along
the east and west lines of said Northwest Quarter of Section 8.
