A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO TOM LOEGERING
TO ALLOW USED CAR SALES,LIGHT REPAIR WORK,DETAIL AND CLEAN UP OF VEHICLES,
LOCATED AT 23030 HIGHWAY 55,PID#32-119-23 33 0009
WHEREAS, Tom Loegering has made application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow used car sales, light repair
work, detail and clean up of vehicles located at 23030 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, on February 4, 1999,the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application and
recommended approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby accepts the Planning
Commission recommendation to grant issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to Tom Loegering to allow used car sales,
light repair work, detail and clean up of vehicles located at 23030 Highway 55, and legally described on the attached
Exhibit"A"; and subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of retail permit from Minnesota Auto Dealers Unit.
2. No more than 10 vehicles can be for sale on the site at any given time.
3. Designation of 10 parking spaces for the vehicles for sale.
4. 8 parking spaces must be designated on the site for use by employees and customers.
5. All parking spaces must be at least 20 feet from all property lines.
6. The light repair work, detailing, and cleaning of vehicles on site shall be limited to only those vehicles which
are for sale on site.
7. Any signs for the car sales lot must meet the requirements of the zoning ordinance.
8. Approval by the Building Inspector of the septic system capacity for additional water usage.
9. Any additional lighting be down cast.
10. Approval of the proposed building area to be used for this business by the building inspector that it meets all
codes for hazardous waste, fire traps,etc.
Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Glowacki.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Council members Lindsley, Glowacki, and Bucher.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
