HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1999-11 - Approving Ag Preserve - Schutte RESOLUTION NO. 1999 - 11 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR DESIGNATION AS AN AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE FOR MARGARET L. SCHUTTE WHEREAS, the preservation of agriculture and a rural environment is a primary goal established by Corcoran's Comprehensive Plan and is a primary purpose of the current adopted code; and WHEREAS,the City of Corcoran has previously designated certain lands, included below described parcels, as eligible for designation as an agricultural preserve; and WHEREAS,the owner of the below described parcels has made official application for its designation as an agricultural preserve; and WHEREAS,the requirements regarding size, covenants, development density and other stipulations of the act are deemed legally satisfied. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the property owned by Margaret L. Schutte, and described as: 22-119-23 31 0007 that part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 lying E of the W 322 ft thof and W of the E 200 ft thof and that part of the W 322 ft of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 lying N of the S 338.2 ft thof and that part of the E 200 ft of said NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 lying N of the S 750 ft thof also the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of sec 22 ex rd be subject to requirements of"A-1 Agricultural Preserve" District as overlaying, more stringent zoning for duration of requested designation. Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Glowacki. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Council members Lindsley, Glowacki, and Bucher. The following voted against the same: None.
