A RESOLUTION SETTING ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS FOR 1999
WHEREAS,the City must designate the official newspaper on an annual basis according to State
Statutes M. S. 412.831; and
WHEREAS,the City has set the first meeting of the year to designate the official newspaper and other
annual appointments.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby makes the
following appointments for 1999:
•Official Newspaper-Crow River News
•Acting Mayor -Dixie Lindsley
•NW League of Cities Delegate- Bill Glowacki
•NW League of Cities Alternates- Ron Thomas
•NW Hennepin Human Services Council -Roger Bromander
•NW Hennepin Human Services Council Alternate -Dixie Lindsley
-Weed Inspector- Steve Weinand
•Official Depositories:
Farmers State Bank of Hamel
U.S. Bancorp Investments,Inc.
Gibraltar Securities Co.
Salomon Smith Barney
Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Glowacki.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Lindsley,
Glowacki, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
