A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
CORCORAN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission consists of 7 members with 2 alternate members that serve as an
advisory board to the City Council on all Planning, Zoning, and Subdivision related matters;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission consists of the following terms of office:
Bill Glowacki 1/1/98 - 1/1/01
Carl Kalk 1/1/98 - 1/1/01
Loren Kohnen 1/1/98 - 1/1/01
Cindy Patnode 1/1/98 - 1/1/01
Terry Zimmerman 1/1/99 - 1/1/02
John Bucher 1/1/99 - 1/1/02
Tom Sydloski 1/1/99 - 1/1/02
Alternates Peter Eiden,and John Spaeth.
WHEREAS, Commissioners Bucher, Sydloski, and Zimmerman volunteered to serve an additional 3
year term.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby appoints
John Bucher,Tom Sydloski, and Terry Zimmerman to serve an additional 3 year term(1/1/99 -
1/1/2002)on the Corcoran Planning Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council ratifies the Planning Commission
recommendations of the election of officers for 1999 with Cindy Patnode as Chairman and Terry
Zimmerman as Vice-Chairman.
Moved by member Glowacki, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Glowacki,
Lindsley, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
