A RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL TO PHEASANT ACRES GOLF CLUB
TO FACILITATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 1,280 SQ. FT. STORAGE FACILITY,
LOCATED AT 10705 CO. RD. 116,
PID #02-119-23 13 0002
WHEREAS, Pheasant Acres Golf Club has made application for site plan approval to facilitate the
construction of a 1,280 sq. ft. storage facility, located at 10705 Co. Rd. 116; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 19998, the Planning Commission considered this application and recommended
approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby accepts the
Planning Commission recommendation to grant site plan approval to Pheasant Acres Golf Club to facilitate
the construction of a 1,280 sq. ft. storage facility, located at 10705 County Road 116, and legally described
on the attached Exhibit "A", subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of grading and drainage plan by the City Engineer.
2. Approval of grading and drainage plans by the Elm Creek Watershed.
Moved by member Glowacki, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Lindsley, Glowacki
and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
