RESOLUTION NO. 1999 - 04
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION NO. 99-03, A
REQUEST BY CARL TESSMER TO COMBINE A 74.7 ACRE PARCEL AND A 40.2
ACRE PARCEL TO CREATE A 114.9 ACRE PARCEL; AND A REQUEST TO DIVIDE
A 33.1 ACRE PARCEL (AND GIVE 9 BUILDING RIGHTS TO THIS PARCEL) FROM
THE NEW 114.9 ACRE PARCEL, LOCATED AT 10420 COUNTY ROAD 19,
PID #06-119-23 43 0001 AND PID #06-119-23 41 0006.
WHEREAS, Carl Tessmer has requested a Land Consolidation/Division to combine a 74.7 acre parcel
and a 40.2 acre parcel to create a 114.9 acre parcel; and to divide a 33.1 acre parcel from
the new 114.9 acre parcel, located at 10420 County Road 119; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the land consolidation/division
request and moved to recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves
a request by Carl Tessmer for Land Consolidation/Division No. 99-03, the consolidation of a 74.7 acre
parcel and a 40.2 acre parcel to create a 114.9 acre parcel; and the division of a 33.1 acre parcel from the
new 114.9 acre parcel, located at 10420 County Road 19, and legally described on the attached Exhibit
"A", subject to the following conditions:
1. 9 building rights will be conveyed to the 33 acre parcel.
2. 2 building rights will remain with the 81 acre parcel.
3. Dedication of an additional 7 feet of right-of-way along Oakdale Drive.
4. Dedication of an additional 17 feet of right-of-way along County Road 19.
Moved by member Glowacki, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Lindsley,
Glowacki and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.

The North Half of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 119, Range
23, Hennepin County, Minnesota
AND
The North Half of the South east Quarter of Section 6, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin
County , Minnesota, excepting therefrom the following:
The west 632.26 feet of the east 1537.63 feet of the north 310.00 feet of the North Half
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND EXCEPT
The east 905.37 feet of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter and that part of the east 905.37
feet of the North Half of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter lying north of the south 380.00
feet thereof, all in Section 6, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Subject to a public road easement over and across the westerly 50.00 feet thereof and northerly
40.00 feet thereof.
Parcel B (33.1 acres):
The east 905.37 feet of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter and that part of the east 905.37
feet of the North Half of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter lying north of the south 380.00
feet thereof, all in Section 6, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Subject to a public road easement over and across the northerly 40.00 feet thereof.
