A RESOLUTION DENYING LAND DIVISION 99-01,A REQUEST BY DIRK BLUNDELL TO DIVIDE A 5.0
ACRE PARCEL FROM A 32.2 ACRE PARCEL,LOCATED AT 10300 SUNDANCE ROAD,
PID#08-119-23 21 0007.
WHEREAS,Dirk Blundell has made application for a Land Division to create a 5.0 acre parcel from a 32.2 acre parcel,
located at 10300 Sundance Road; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1999,the Planning Commission considered this land division request and moved to
recommend denial based on the finding that the existing accessory buildings far exceed the total square
footage allowed on a 5 acre parcel.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby accepts the Planning
Commission recommendation to deny the request by Dirk Blundell for Land Division No. 99-01 to divide a 5.0 acre
parcel from a 32.2 acre parcel, located at 10300 Sundance Road, PID#08-119-23 21 0007.
Moved by member Glowacki, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Lindsley, Glowacki,
and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
