RESOLUTION NO. 1999 - 02 A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND DIVISION NO. 99-02, A REQUEST BY GREG EBERT TO DIVIDE 2.71 ACRE PARCEL FROM AN 81.03 ACRE PARCEL, LOCATED AT 6503 COUNTY ROAD 101, PID #36-119-23 41 0001 WHEREAS, Greg Ebert has requested a Land Division to create a 2.71 acre parcel from an 81.03 acre parcel, located at 6503 County Road 101; and WHEREAS, on January 7, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the land division request and moved to recommend approval with conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by Greg Ebert for Land Division No. 99-02,the creation of a 2.71 acre parcel from an 81.03 acre parcel, located at 6503 County Road 101 and legally described on the attached Exhibit "A", subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of soil tests and septic system design for the 2.71 acre parcel by the building inspector. 2. Dedication of an additional 7 feet of right-of-way along County Road 101. 3. Deferral of park dedication fees until such time that the 78.32 acre lot is developed. 4. Dedication of a 10 foot utility easement along the property lines of the 2.71 acre parcel. 5. Removal of the existing barn. Moved by member Glowacki, seconded by member Lindsley. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Lindsley, Glowacki and Thomas. The following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried. Dated this 14th day of January, 1999.
