A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO GREG EBERT TO
FACILITATE THE EXCAVATION AND FILLING OF OVER 60,000 CUBIC YARDS OF MATERIALS IN
ORDER TO REGRADE HIS PROPERTY AND CREATE WETLANDS AND BERMS,LOCATED AT 6503 CO.
RD.101, PID#36-119-23 41 0001
WHEREAS, Greg Ebert has made application for a Conditional Use Permit to facilitate the excavation and filling of
over 60,000 cubic yards of materials in order to regrade his property and create wetlands and berms located
at 6503 Co. Rd. 101; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1999, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application and
recommended approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby accepts the Planning
Commission recommendation to grant issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to Greg Ebert to facilitate the excavation
and filling of over 60,000 cubic yards of materials in order to regrade his property and create wetlands and berms
located at 6503 Co. Rd. 101, and legally described as the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 36,Township 119,
Range 23 West,Hennepin County,Minnesota; and subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of grading and erosion control plan by City Engineer.
2. Approval of plan by Elm Creek Watershed.
Moved by member Glowacki , seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Lindsley, Glowacki,
and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
