Resolution Dissolving and Terminating Conditional Use Permit
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran on the 14th day of November, 1985 declared and approved a conditional use
permit for Mark Peterson for the placement of two— 32 square foot advertisement signs on properties located at
6210 Pioneer Trail, legally described as:
PID #32-1 19-23 34 0013 -That part of the SW 'Vs of the SW 'VI and W 901.96 feet of SE '/4 of SW 1/4 lying S of
N 757 feet thereof and Easterly of Town Road,except Highway; and
PID #32-1 19-23 34 0014 - Commencing at a point in N line of SE Vs of SW Vs distance 1155 feet E from NW
corner thereof thence S 365 feet thence W 240 feet thence S 30 feet thence W 13 04/100 feet thence S to S line
of section thence E to a point 1055 78/100 feet W from SE corner of SW V4 of SE '/4 thence N to a point 365 feet
S from N line thereof thence E 208 7/10 feet thence N to N line thereof thence W to beginning excluding road
and highway.
WHEREAS,the current fee owners, Mr. and Mrs.Harvey Dahl and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Georges have requested
that the Conditional Use Permit be revoked; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of that Conditional Use Permit were found to have not been complied with, as no
signs were ever erected upon the properties as described above.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby dissolve and terminate
the conditional use permit as recorded at Hennepin County, Document Number 50645074 for the properties as
identified above.
