APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JAMES AND LINDA COMB
AT 6280 WILLOW DRIVE (PID 33-119-23-44-0004)
WHEREAS, James and Linda Comb have requested a conditional use permit to
exceed the maximum size and maximum sidewall height for detached accessory
structures on the parcel legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the request by James and Linda Comb for a conditional use permit,
subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. The conditional use permit is approved in accordance with the plans and
application received by the City on October 22, 2003, except as amended
herein.
2. The development shall comply with the R-1 district standards.
3. Approval is subject to the Elm Creek Watershed approvals granted on
October 8, 2003 and any conditions of the approval.
4. A copy of the floodplain mitigation plan and erosion control plan approved by
Elm Creek Watershed should be submitted to the City for review.
5. The landowner shall comply with the Wetland Conservation Act.
