RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 72
MOTION BY MEMBER: BUCHER
SECONDED BY MEMBER: THOMAS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvements of 2004 and 2005 Dust
Control Project, bids and quotes were received, opened, and tabulated according to law;
WHEREAS, Dustcoating, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder for the project as follows:
Dust Control Dustcoating Inc. $ 58,420.00 (.508/unit)
Two year bid 2004 -
2005
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with above
identified responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 2004 - 2005 Dust
Control Projects;
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
