RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 69
MOTION BY MEMBER: GA GEBY
SECONDED BY MEMBER: THOMAS
WHEREAS, the Corcoran Lions have made an application to the City of Corcoran for the purpose of
conducting lawful gambling, within the city limits;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran finds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
application on behalf of the City, allowing lawful gambling to be conducted at the 10-50 Club, located
at 20115 County Road 10, Corcoran, as described in the application.
