A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A SEPTIC SYSTEM VARIANCE
TO MEET THE 10-FOOT SETBACK REQUIREMENT
AT 6795 ROLLING HILLS ROAD, PID # 32-119-23-14-0015
WHEREAS, Robert and Sharon Halvorson have requested approval of a Septic System
Variance to construct a Standard System, because the design does not meet the City's required
10-foot setback at 6795 Rolling Hills Road; and
WHEREAS, the Waste Water Commission considered the request on October 13, 2003 and
voted unanimously to recommend approval, as the City's zoning regulations permit the system,
as proposed, by Variance;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Corcoran that after
review of the recommendation of the Waste Water Commission that the Septic System
Variance is hereby approved.
