Resolution Dissolving and Terminating Conditional Use Permit
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran on the 14th day of January, 1999 declared and approved a conditional use
permit for Greg Ebert for the excavation and filling of 60,000 cubic yards of material on property located at
6503 County Road 101, legally described as the North one-half of the Southeast Quarter, Section 36, Township
119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota;and
WHEREAS, the conditions of that Conditional Use Permit were found to have been complied with and the
excavating and filling has been found to be completed.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby dissolve and terminate
the conditional use permit as recorded at Hennepin County, Document Number 7075354, for the property as
identified above.
