RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 45

WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Agriculture Society has made an application to the City of
Corcoran for the purpose of conducting lawful gambling, consisting of bingo, within the city limits;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran finds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
application on behalf of the City, allowing bingo to be conducted at the Corcoran Lions Park, located
at 7205 County Road 101, during the Hennepin County Fair from July 31 - August 3, 2003, as
described in the application.
