RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -44

WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Catholic Church has made an application to the City of Corcoran for the
purpose of conducting lawful gambling, consisting of a raffle drawing and bingo, within the city limits
on August 17, 2003;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran finds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
application on behalf of the City, allowing the raffle to be conducted at St. Thomas Catholic Church,
located at 20000 County Road 10, as described in the application.
