RESOLUTION NO. 2003-23

WHEREAS, a petition of property owner(s) abutting Santa Fe Trail located in the City of Corcoran,
was received by the city on the 27`h day of March 2003 requesting that the City Council vacate the
unimproved street known as Santa Fe Trail that is located west of Chisholm Trail, in the North half of
Section 9.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the vacation of such street and a public hearing shall be held on such
proposed vacation on the 24th day of April, 2003 before the City Council at 7:00 p.m.
2. The Clerk shall give publish, post and mail notices as required by law.
