RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -20
MOTION BY MEMBER: Lymangood
SECONDED BY MEMBER: Thomas
WHEREAS, Abdo, Eick & Meyers, LLP have audited the general purpose financial statements for the
City of Corcoran, for the year ended December 31, 2002;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby commit to
working with the auditors and the city staff to implement the appropriate policies and procedures to
eliminate the"reportable condition" a soon as practical; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby accept the audit
as presented by Abdo, Eick & Meyers, LLP for year ending December 31, 2002.
