RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 18
MOTION BY MEMBER: BUCHER
SECONDED BY MEMBER: THOMAS
WHEREAS, the United Foundation for Disabled Archers has made an application to the City of
Corcoran for the purpose of conducting lawful gambling, consisting of a raffle drawing, within the city
limits;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran finds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the city administrator to sign
the application on behalf of the City, allowing the raffle to be conducted at Country Pizza Parlor,
located at 7565 County Road 116, as described in the application.
