A RESOLUTION TO DENY A CONDITIONAL HOME OCCUPATION LICENSE
FOR THE OPERATION OF A BUSINESS CONSISTING OF
CABINET INSTALLATION AND COUNTER TOP CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, Jon Hans, 19543 Country Circle East, has applied for a Conditional Home
Occupation License, (CHOL); and
WHEREAS, the ordinance states that the Commission shall consider certain standards and
criteria when reviewing a CHOL; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 16, 2003 as required by Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that a
CHOL is hereby denied; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council does hereby direct City Staff to provide
findings of fact for the denial of the CHOL.
