CANVASSING BOARD MEETING
November 10, 2008
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Call to Order
A quorum of the Corcoran City Council met on November 10, 2008, at city hall in Roll Call
Corcoran, Minnesota. Present were Mayor Guenthner, Councilor Hudok and
Councilor Thomas. Also present were City Clerk. Councilor Grabowski had
excused absence, and Councilor Jacobs present at adjournment of meeting.
Mayor Guenthner called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
MOTION made by Thomas, seconded by Hudok to approve Resolution 2008 -42
Canvas Election Results declaring the results of the November 4, 2008 Municipal
election. Voting Aye: Guenthner, Hudok, and Thomas (Motion Carried 3:0).
MOTION made by Thomas, seconded by Hudok to adjourn the Canvassing Board
at 6:31 p.m. Voting Aye: Guenthner, Hudok, and Thomas (Motion Carried 3:0)
