City Council Meeting Minutes
November 22, 2010 - 7:00 PM
The Corcoran City Council met on November 22, 2010, at City Hall in Corcoran, Minnesota. Present were, Mayor
Guenthner, Councilor Gmach, Councilor Hudok, Councilor Milbrandt, and Councilor Thomas. Also present were City
Administrator Donahue, Engineer Torve, Public Works Superintendent Meister, Public Safety Director Gormley, Corporal
Hamilton, and Deputy Clerk Heinecke. Mayor Guenthner called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

MOTION: made by Thomas, seconded by Hudok to approve the agenda as presented.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Hudok, Gmach, Milbrandt, and Thomas. (Motion carried 5:0).

7. Engineering / Wenck
a. Engineer Torve presented a report on a preliminary scope of work to determine if city owned land is buildable for
a Public Works facility. Discussion will continue at the next council meeting.
b. Engineer Torve presented a report to update Tax Increment Financing Projects discussion.

MOTION: made by Thomas, seconded by Gmach to approve 11/08/10 Council Meeting Minutes, 11/08/10 Canvassing
Board Minutes, Resolution 2010 -49 as presented.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Hudok, Gmach, Milbrandt, and Thomas. (Motion carried 5:0).
d. Draft Minutes of 11/04/10 Joint Council /Planning Commission Meeting
MOTION: made by Milbrandt, seconded by Thomas to approve 11/04/10 Joint Council /Planning Commission Meeting,
with identified modifications.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Gmach, Milbrandt, and Thomas. (Motion carried 4:0). Hudok abstained

a. Mayor Guenthner provided a revised 2030 Comp Plan document for council review.
b. Administrator Donahue presented 2011 Draft Budget review.

MOTION: made by Hudok, seconded by Thomas to approve escrow claims as presented.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Hudok, Gmach, Milbrandt, and Thomas. (Motion carried 5:0).
