City Council Meeting Minutes
June 23, 2011
The Corcoran City Council met on June 23, 2011, at City Hall in Corcoran, Minnesota. Present were,
Mayor Guenthner, Councilor Asleson, Councilor Cossette, Councilor Gmach, and Councilor Milbrandt.
Also present were City Administrator Donahue, City Planner Lindahl, City Engineer Vander Top, Director
of Public Safety Gormley, Corporal Hamilton, Public Works Superintendent Meister, and City Clerk
Heinecke.
Mayor Guenthner called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

3. Agenda Approval
MOTION: made by Milbrandt seconded by Asleson to approve the agenda as presented
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Asleson, Cossette, Gmach, and Milbrandt. (Motion carried 5:0).
4. Open Forum
Dan Lang 9515 Co Rd 19- Requested that details related to the Public Works Facility are published
in the Crow River News.

6. Planning Business / Landform
a. Final Approval of 2030 Comprehensive Plan
MOTION: made by Gmach seconded by Cossette to approve the 2030 Comprehensive Plan as presented.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Asleson, Cossette, Gmach, and Milbrandt. (Motion carried 5:0).
b. Blocks N Rocks Site Plan and CUP for Outside Storage at 20010 75th Ave (26- 119- 23 -14-
0024) (City file 10 -012)
MOTION: made by Gmach seconded by Cossette to approve Resolution 2011 -25 with agreed upon revisions.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Asleson, Cossette, Gmach, and Milbrandt. (Motion carried 5:0).
c. Patnode CUP for Living Quarters Accessory to Ag Use at 23240 CR 30 (City file 11 -004)
MOTION: made by Gmach seconded by Asleson to approve Resolution 2011 -26 with agreed upon revisions.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Asleson, Cossette, Gmach, and Milbrandt. (Motion carried 5:0).
d. Council received and discussed the Zoning Ordinance Amendment and Zoning Map Update.

a. Council received and discussed City Engineer Vander Top's report of the Dust Control
Program. No action taken

MOTION: made by Cossette seconded by Gmach to approve the draft minutes of 05/26/11 Council Meeting
as presented.

MOTION: made by Gmach seconded by Milbrandt to approve the draft minutes of 06/09/11 Council

d. Resolution 2011 -28 Approving Hennepin County Sheriff Foundation Temporary Gambling
